Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy seeks a seasoned Microsoft 365 Specialist to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise messaging and collaboration services. You will manage Exchange Online, hybrid environments, Teams, and related apps while governing security and compliance.

Responsibilities include automating tasks with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform, supporting Purview, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and 365 Copilot, and collaborating with global stakeholders on migrations

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Expertise in Exchange Online Protection and Defender for Office 365.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
• Understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with eDiscovery, retention policies, sensitivity labels, DLP, and compliance management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

• Support Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Implement monitoring, reporting, and automation using Azure Automation, Log Analytics, and related tools.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and service standards while collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Expertise in Exchange Online Protection, Defender for Office 365, and enterprise email security.
  
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.
  
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust principles.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, adoption analytics, and responsible AI.
  
• Experience with eDiscovery, Legal Hold, retention policies, sensitivity labels, DLP, and compliance management.
  
• Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, message tracing, mail-flow analysis, and email security gateways.
  
• Experience with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Azure Log Analytics, and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
  
• Basic Python scripting skills are an advantage.
  
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant integrations, and platform modernization.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
