• Azure AD / Entra ID for group-based licensing and service access.
• M365 compliance basics — DLP, retention, sensitivity labels.
• PowerShell usage with Exchange Online Management Shell and Microsoft Graph.
• ITIL foundations — incident and change management.
• Language: English fluent required.
• Certification preferred: MS-102 or MS-203
