Tech Mahindra in Navi Mumbai is hiring for Banking Process - Email/Voice. Associate - Customer Service role handling bank customer queries and complaints via Call/Email, with inbound/outbound processes. Minimum 1 year in banking process from BPO industry. Day shift (8AM-9PM), Sunday off.

Candidates should have banking experience and be familiar with terms like Demand Draft, Cheque, credit card, debit card, corporate banking, retail banking, and possess excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking processes (inbound/outbound) in a BPO setup.
• Familiar with banking terms like Demand Draft, Cheque, credit/debit cards, corporate and retail banking.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
