Job summary

Manning Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking a Product Support Executive with 1-6 years of experience to join our dynamic technical support team.

You will provide hands-on Microsoft 365 support, troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, handle queries via voice, chat and email, and manage tickets within SLA to ensure first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in Product Support / Technical Support / Service Desk.
