Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant experience as a Manual Pattern Master.
• Strong practical knowledge of manual pattern making and garment construction.
• Experience converting sketches/images/tech packs/samples into production patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop manual patterns for mens, womens, boys and girls garments.
• Create patterns for sampling and bulk production with accurate fit, measurements, balance, and seam allowances.
• Perform fit corrections, pattern amendments, and manual size grading.
• Understand regular, relaxed, oversized, and commercial e-commerce fits.
• Develop patterns from images, sketches, samples, and design references.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, merchandising, tailoring, and production teams.
• Identify and resolve fit, construction, and measurement issues before bulk production.
• Maintain approved patterns and ensure consistency during production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, shrinkage, garment construction, and production feasibility.

Working Shift: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for an experienced Manual Pattern Master with strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and e-commerce fashion requirements. The candidate should be capable of developing accurate patterns from sketches, images, measurements, tech packs, and samples for sampling and bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manual patterns for mens,womens, boys and girls garments.
• Experience in shirts, T-shirts, tops, dresses, sweatshirts, trousers, joggers, nightwear, and other apparel categories.
• Create patterns for sampling and bulk production with accurate fit, measurements, balance, and seam allowances.
• Perform fit corrections, pattern amendments, and manual size grading.
• Understand regular, relaxed, oversized, and commercial e-commerce fits.
• Develop patterns from images, sketches, samples, and design references.
• Coordinate with design,sampling, merchandising, tailoring, and production teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within timelines.
• E-commerce/apparel industry experience will be preferred.

Technically strong Pattern Master who can convert fashion concepts, images, and samples into accurate, production-ready patterns with consistent fit and commercial viability.
