Job summary

Jupiter is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee shift-wise maintenance across Printer Line, Thermal Process and Wet Line equipment. You will lead technicians to ensure high uptime and drive preventive, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting PLC/HMI, servo drives, sensors, pneumatics and automation systems.

You will coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, Utilities and OEM teams, ensuring EHS compliance, 5S practices, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Shift-wise maintenance activities and lead technicians/engineers for equipment uptime.
• Maintenance of Printer Line/Thermal Process/Wet Line equipment including listed machinery.
• Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot faults and minimize MTTR.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for reliability and PM compliance.
• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI, servo drives, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum and automation systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, Utilities and OEM teams.
• Ensure EHS compliance, LOTO and 5S in maintenance activities.
• Maintain shift reports, maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Drive RCA, CAPA, OEE improvement, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for shift-wise maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and equipment uptime across Printer Line/Thermal Process/Wet Line, including automation, PLC, furnaces, testers, chemical systems and associated equipment.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Manage shift-wise maintenance activities and lead technicians/engineers to ensure equipment uptime and smooth production operations.


• Handle maintenance of Printer Line/Thermal Process/Wet Line equipment including Screen Printers, Dryers, Furnaces, Flippers, IV Testers, Sorters, Diffusion, LPCVD, PECVD, Annealing, Oxidation, Chemical Etching, DI Rinse, Pumps, Valves and Scrubber Systems.


• Attend equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot faults and minimize MTTR.


• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and PM compliance.


• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI, servo drives, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum and automation systems.


• Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, Utilities and OEM teams for efficient operations.


• Ensure EHS compliance, LOTO, 5S and safe maintenance practices.


• Maintain shift reports, maintenance records, spare parts inventory and handover documentation.


• Drive RCA, CAPA, OEE improvement, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
