Job summary

HR Solutions seeks an experienced L2/L3 support engineer to manage Java-based applications, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure uptime in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with development teams on bug fixes, handle incident and change requests, and document resolutions. Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot, SQL, UNIX, and common app servers is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Core Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands.
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, etc.).
• Understanding of REST APIs / Microservices.
• Experience using ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
