Serenico is a global interactive media and gaming company with a portfolio of 150+ mobile games and 2M+ downloads. We are now building the next wave of consumer AI-powered games—playful, experimental, and built at the intersection of gaming and generative AI.

We are looking for an AI Game Developer who can rapidly prototype, experiment, and bring to life innovative game concepts using Unity, AI models, and GPT wrappers.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI-powered games quickly using Unity, Unreal, or other relevant engines.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to conceptualize and iterate on consumer-facing AI game mechanics.
• Optimize prototypes for playability, engagement, and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools and frameworks to bring innovative features into games.
• Build tools/pipelines to shorten iteration cycles in game + AI integration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Unity or similar game engines.
• Strong background in building AI-enabled applications (games or consumer apps).
• Prior experience integrating LLMs, GPT wrappers, or other AI models into products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced prototyping environment—comfortable iterating and scrapping quickly.
• Understanding of game design fundamentals and player experience.
• Solid knowledge of C# (Unity), Python, or other relevant programming languages.
• Bonus: Experience with speech recognition, generative art, or voice synthesis APIs.
