Job summary

Liquidnitro Games in India is hiring an AI Engineer to build scalable intelligent systems for live service games. You will work at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and game analytics to deploy ML and generative AI solutions that derive actionable insights and personalized player experiences.

You’ll design RAG pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, and develop agent-based workflows and multi-agent interoperability to power real-time analytics, in-game interventions, and optimized live operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience with hands-on LLMs or generative AI.
• Strong Python and ML/LLM framework knowledge (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain).
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
• Experience fine-tuning with LoRA/PEFT techniques.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and MLOps.

Responsibilities

This role demands a stronggrasp of modern AI paradigms including LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration (RAG), Agentic Workflows, Multi-Chain Prompting (MCPs), andAgent-to-Agent (A2A) interactions..

What You’ll Do

• Design andimplement machine learning models to process player and gameplay data at scale
  
• Build andfine-tune LLM-based models to interpret and analyze player behavior and gametelemetry
  
• Design and deployRAG pipelines combining structured data and unstructured content to powercontextual, insight-rich recommendations
  
• Implement agenticworkflows that use goal-oriented agents for tasks like anomaly detection, churnprediction, or economy balancing
  
• Developmulti-agent systems that can collaborate (A2A) to support live operations, ABtesting, and personalized player experiences
  
• Craft Multi-ChainPrompts (MCPs) to drive layered, complex insights and recommendations acrossin-game metrics
  
• Collaborate withdata engineering to maintain robust, scalable pipelines that support real-timeand batch data processing
  
• Work with gamedesigners and producers to translate insights into live interventions andfeature optimizations
  
• Evaluate andintegrate open-source LLMs, vector databases, and toolkits to keep our AI stackmodern and cost-effective
  
• Contribute tointernal toolsets that empower non-technical teams with AI-powered dashboardsand automation capabilities
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years ofexperience in AI/ML, with recent hands-on expertise in LLMs or generative AIapplications
  
• Solid experiencewith Python and key ML/LLM frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers,LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  
• Understanding ofRAG, embeddings, vector search systems (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), andprompt engineering
  
• Experiencebuilding and deploying fine-tuned models using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, orPEFT
  
• Familiarity withorchestrating agentic workflows using tools like AutoGen, LangGraph, orOpenAgents
  
• Experience withMLOps for training, evaluating, versioning, and deploying models in production
  
• Experience withcloud ML and data platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).
  
• Experiencebuilding/scaling AI/ML data pipelines with cloud-native tools
  
• Proven trackrecord of applying ML to real-world data systems at scale (especially playersegmentation, recommendations, and anomaly detection)
  
• Strong softwareengineering fundamentals with experience integrating AI into user-facingproducts or game backends
  

Nice to Have

• Experience withgame analytics platforms, telemetry ingestion, or user behavior modeling ingames
  
• Background inlive service operations or experience working with economy balancing tools
  
• Familiarity withreal-time inference and GPU optimization for AI models
