ARA Resources in Bengaluru is hiring a Unified Communications Engineer to support operations and delivery for production systems at our client. The role focuses on reliability and availability of enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and should bring hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams and M365 services, plus strong PowerShell skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years total experience with 5 years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and M365 services.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in hybrid Microsoft environments and identity services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability through proactive health checks and incident support.
• Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, and OneDrive.
• Configure monitoring, tune alerts, and build dashboards to reduce alert fatigue.
• Utilize PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API to streamline operations.
• Participate in ITIL processes, runbooks, and disaster recovery support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident communication and mentoring.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and service management standards.
