Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UKG Solution Architect / Senior Consultant to lead UKG implementation and workforce management transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UKG configuration, time management, workforce scheduling, environment replication, and integration with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UKG solution design, configuration, implementation, and transformation projects.
• Configure and optimize UKG Time Management, Workforce Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, and Clock/Time Capture solutions.
• Manage workforce policies, rules configuration, and environment replication for testing, training, and deployment.
• Lead data migration, testing, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.
• Design and manage integrations between UKG and Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Projects.
• Ensure seamless data flow for employee information, labor, timekeeping, project costing, and payroll-related processes.
• Collaborate with Oracle HCM, OIC, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
• Provide workforce management best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive process improvements.
• Manage offshore delivery teams and coordinate multiple project workstreams.
• Engage with business leaders, HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management, including significant hands‑on UKG experience.
