Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Consultant to support UKG WFM environments, focusing on Workforce Dimensions, Timesheet, Pay Calculations, and Analytics. The role requires hands-on technical and functional expertise, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Candidates should have 6–9 years of application support experience, ITSM familiarity (ServiceNow), and a BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS) degree. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years’ application support experience in UKG WFM.
• Experience with UKG WFM modules: Workforce Dimensions, It includes Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Demographics, Attendance, Absence, and Analytics.
• Familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferable.

• Maintain the specialization built to date while linking to broader market issues.
• Support practitioners to build skills across the business to facilitate learning.
• Help teams deliver world-class services, innovate, and address clients’ challenges.

Requirements

• 6-9 years’ application support experience in technical aspects of UKG WFM including:
• UKG WFM WIM Interface Designer Tool
• Coordinating all facets of application upgrades
• Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
• SSRS and other SQL based reporting tools
• Set Up Data Manager
• Extensive application support experience on UKG WFM Workforce Pro, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
• UKG
• Navigators, Hyperfinds,
• Event Manager and Transaction Assistant
• UKG WFM Reports & Workflows, including Demographics, Payroll, and Attendance & Absence integrations, CRT maintenance, and custom data views
• UKG WFM Analytics
• Activities: Work Orders, Productivity Tracking, Activity Forms
• 6-9 years’ experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered
• Experience in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification is preferable
• Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended duration of time (3 to 6 months)
