Qualifications

• 3-6 years of UK payroll experience.
• Payroll reporting and HMRC reporting.
• P45, Pension calculations, Payroll inputs.
• Knowledge of Life Assurance, Private Medical/Dental Insurance.
• Regulatory reporting including Gender Pay Gap.
• P11d & PSA reporting.
• Basic payroll knowledge.
• Advanced Excel.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and plan workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining BUPA Health Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations
• Maintaining BUPA Dental Insurance portal and review invoices and reconciliations
• Maintaining Allianz Health Insurance and review invoices and reconciliations
• Working with Payroll Manager in preparing Gender Pay Gap Reporting
• Working with Payroll Benefits Manager for benefit renewals across UK and Asia and Europe, and collation of renewal data for management discussion
• Working with the business to promote benefits and well being
• Input UK payroll data working along side UK Payroll Administrators
• Assisting with payroll queries
• Preparing and maintaining the PSA to report monthly to Comp Accounting
• Processing quarterly dividend payments
• Assist in P11d process and maintain loan report
• Provide back up for journals
