Job summary

QX Global Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to support the UK Healthcare Sector recruitment team, focusing on temporary agency staffing across UK processes.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, screen for suitability, and maintain compliance with NHS and client requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• > 6 months to 18 months of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Sales.
• > End-to-end healthcare recruitment process familiarity (resourcing to placement).
• > Experience using UK job boards such as CV Library and Reed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end healthcare recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability against client requirements.
• Support client communication and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist with compliance documentation and NHS/client verification requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end healthcare recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability against client requirements.
• Support client communication and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist with compliance documentation and verification processes in line with NHS and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 18 months of experience in 180 OR 360 UK Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Sales.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end healthcare recruitment process, from resourcing to placement.
• Experience in UK Healthcare recruitment using CV Library, Reed, and other job boards.
• Ability to re-engage archived candidates and encourage re-registration.
• Understanding of sourcing, booking, compliance, and client communication.
• Experience working in a 360-degree recruitment role, including candidate management, partial compliance, and client communication.
• Strong candidate relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of NHS compliance requirements.
