Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting professional in India with strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, and UK statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will prepare and review financial statements, manage month-end and year-end processes, and support audits.

The role requires about 7–12 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance, and hands-on experience with UK GAAP/IFRS and ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA or CPA.

• Exposure to multinational organizations or shared service environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A finance professional with approximately 8 years of experience who has demonstrable practical exposure to UK GAAP, IFRS and UK statutory financial reporting, rather than only theoretical knowledge of these standards
