Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a UK/FR Reporting Consultant to prepare, analyse, and deliver financial and regulatory reports in compliance with UK standards. Qualifications

• Qualified CA/ACCA with 1–3 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting.

• Experience with consolidation and group reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with IFRS/FRS reporting standards.
• Support end-to-end financial reporting and statutory reporting activities for UK-based entities.
• Work on technical accounting areas with exposure to IFRS, FRS 101, FRS 102, and FRS 105.
• Assist in financial statement consolidation and group reporting, including data collation and analysis.
• Prepare reconciliations, disclosures, and working papers for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reporting activities.
• Support senior team members and managers on client engagements and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data gathering, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.
• Streamline reporting processes, implement automation tools, and enhance efficiency.
