Job summary

ViswaVardhan Vyapara in Anantapuramu is seeking an experienced UK BPO Dialer Manager to lead outbound and inbound dialer campaigns, ensure compliance, optimize pacing, and drive campaign performance.

You will manage dialer systems such as Vicidial, Genesys, and Five9, scrub and segment leads, monitor real-time metrics, and generate daily to monthly reports. On-site, India time but UK shift hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing dialer systems in a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound dialing metrics and compliance (GDPR for UK data).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dialer system, including campaign setup, pacing, and real-time monitoring.
• Upload, scrub, and segment lead lists to maximize contact rates and ensure data compliance.
• Monitor live campaign performance and adjust strategies with Operations and Team Leads.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics (connect rates, drop rates, agent wait times).
• Troubleshoot basic dialer issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Dialer Manager to join our UK BPO operations. You will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound dialer systems, optimizing campaign pacing, and ensuring maximum connectivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with dialer platforms, and the ability to collaborate with Operations to drive campaign performance while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the dialer system, including campaign setup, pacing, and real-time monitoring

Requirements
