Job summary

Intelli Search Services in Chennai is seeking a Manager UK And EMEA Payroll and Payroll Accounting to lead multi-country payroll operations across EMEA and APAC. You will drive governance, ensure compliant timely payroll delivery through vendors and internal teams, and support month-end close and reporting.

The role requires 10–14 years of payroll experience, strong ERP skills (SAP, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite) and stakeholder management in a hybrid Chennai setup.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of payroll & payroll accounting experience.
• Multi-country payroll management (EMEA and APAC).
• Payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, compliance, and controls.
• Vendor management and global payroll governance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to payroll platforms like ADP, CloudPay, Workday Payroll, Ramco, UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA/APAC countries.
• Review payroll processing, reconciliations, variances, funding, and approvals.
• Handle payroll accounting including journals, accruals, provisions, and GL reconciliations.
• Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure payroll compliance, audits, SOX controls, and statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll vendors and collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and regional teams.
• Drive payroll process improvements, automation, migrations, and system implementations.
