Job summary

EazeRecruit HR Private Limited is seeking a UK Payroll Specialist for a hybrid role based in Delhi or Kochi. You will manage end-to-end UK payroll for clients, including starters, leavers, salary changes and auto enrolment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of UK payroll experience with strong PAYE/NI knowledge, pensions handling, and proficiency in Excel/payroll software, plus excellent English communication and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UK payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, starters/leavers, deductions and payroll adjustments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process UK client payrolls end-to-end including starters, leavers and salary changes.
• Prepare accurate payroll calculations and outputs per UK legislation and deadlines.
• Handle Auto Enrolment pension processing and pension provider activities.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate payroll queries with UK colleagues, HMRC and third parties.
• Perform self-checks to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and report data issues, risks or delays promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data.

Job Description:

• Process UK client payrolls end-to-end, including starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory payments, and adjustments.
• Prepare accurate payroll calculations and outputs as per UK legislation, client requirements, and deadlines.
• Handle Auto Enrolment pension processing, contribution checks, re-enrolment, and pension provider activities.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for review and audit purposes.
• Handle payroll queries and coordinate with UK colleagues, HMRC, pension providers, and third parties.
• Perform self-checks to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and report errors, risks, delays, and data issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee data.
• Keep updated with UK payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, pensions, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• CA / ACCA / Semi-qualified CA / Semi-qualified ACCA / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• 2+ years of UK Payroll Processing experience, preferably in professional services, bureau, or outsourced payroll.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, starters/leavers, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Knowledge of Auto Enrolment and pension administration.
• Strong Excel and payroll system skills.
• Good written English and communication skills.
