Persistent is seeking a UiPath Lead in Mumbai to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that automate business processes and improve efficiency. The role requires strong UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and integration skills, with collaborative engagement across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a proven track record in building scalable automation using UiPath REFramework and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain design documents (TDD, PDD) and user manuals.
• Support QA and UAT to ensure reliable bot execution.
• Monitor bots and handle exceptions as processes evolve.

We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, automation frameworks, and integration technologies, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions.

What You'll Do:

• RPA Development: Design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio and manage deployments via UiPath Orchestrator.
• Requirement Analysis- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand current-state processes and map them for automation.
• Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents (TDD), process definition documents (PDD), and user manuals.
• Testing Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure stable and error-free execution.
• Maintenance Suppor- Monitor active bots, handle exceptions, and implement bug fixes as business processes change

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Mandatory skills: RPA Concepts,UiPath Process Mining,UIPath.
• Relevant experience: Between 5 to 8 Years.
• Qualifications Core Tools: Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• Programming Languages: Working knowledge of C, VB .NET, or Python for developing custom activities.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with standard architectures like UiPath REFramework for building resilient automations.
• Integration: Ability to integrate bots with web browsers, mainframes, Citrix, and various databases or APIs.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication for stakeholder management.
• Educational background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as applicable for the role.
