Persistent is seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to support digital transformation and automation initiatives in Pune. You will develop, enhance, and maintain scalable RPA solutions that integrate with enterprise applications and processes.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong UiPath skills (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots), and expertise in API integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation solutions. Hybrid work options are available in Pune.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Application Development, Automation, or RPA initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, REST services, and system connectivity.
• Experience automating web, desktop, and enterprise processes.
• Good understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Build scalable and reusable workflows to automate business and operational processes.
• Integrate UiPath automations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain automation components, libraries, and reusable assets.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, queues, schedules, and monitoring capabilities.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.

• Strong knowledge of API integration, REST services, web services, and system connectivity.
• Experience automating web, desktop, and enterprise application processes.
• Good understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and automation best practices.
• Programming experience in C# and familiarity with software development concepts.
• Knowledge of databases, data manipulation, and integration frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology modernization and transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
