Job summary

Acufore India Private Limited is seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer with 3+ years of proven experience to design intuitive interfaces and enhance user experiences.

You will work with product managers and developers in an Agile setting, producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while upholding design systems and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Web Design or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer.
• Strong command of design tools and prototyping platforms.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience with wireframing and creating interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs with attention to detail and pixel perfection.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain brand guidelines across projects.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer.

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and methodologies, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory for all UI/UX roles but beneficial for collaboration with developers).

User Research and Testing

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs.
• Proficiency in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and storyboards.

Collaboration and Communication

• Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Experience in a collaborative work environment using Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Attention to Detail

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
