Job summary

Dixp is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to craft intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms from our Delhi office.

You will translate business requirements into engaging interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine design requirements and ensure accessible, responsive, and visually consistent designs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct user research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for applications and digital platforms.
• Design visually appealing UI layouts, screens, and components for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX principles and responsive design standards.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding.
• Create design assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for product features.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to refine design requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve design quality.
• Ensure designs provide smooth navigation and enhanced user experience.
