crewlia is seeking an innovative UI/UX Design Specialist to join our growing remote team. You will shape our products by translating business needs into intuitive interfaces and scalable design systems.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating in Agile processes, participating in code reviews, and delivering polished UI/UX across platforms. Remote, flexible hours, learning stipend, and performance-based bonus are offered.

We are actively seeking a innovative UI/UX Design Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• High-level proficiency with modern cloud-based enterprise solutions.
