Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to define test strategies, mentor engineers, and design scalable automation frameworks for complex software systems.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing across functional, regression, performance, and security domains, with collaboration across development, DevOps, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation and leadership.
• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc., Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
