DXC Technology Philippines is seeking an experienced QA leader to define and drive automation strategies across complex software systems. You will mentor engineers, design robust automation frameworks, and oversee end-to-end testing including performance and security aspects.

The role requires strong Java-based automation expertise, API testing experience, and familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration for high-quality releases.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.

• Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.

• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.

• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).

• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
