Job summary

Haier Appliances is seeking a Stores and Warehousing Manager to oversee all stores and inventory operations in the Maharashtra facility. You will manage raw material stock, perform actual vs book stock GAP analyses, and drive action plans to reduce gaps while ensuring timely material availability for production.

The role requires strong SAP/WMS experience, attention to storage conditions, and adherence to 6S and 3R practices on the shop floor.

• Strong inventory control and material planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores and warehousing operations and inventory control.
• Monitor raw material stock and perform actual vs. book stock analysis.
• Ensure material availability and issuance per production plan via SAP.
• Maintain SAP/WMS day-to-day activities and reconcile quantities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS related to stores and inventory.
• Promote shop floor safety, 6S and 3R practices during material flow.

Job description

Role and Responsiblitys :

1. Responsible for Overall Stores & Warehousing Management & Inventory Management.
2. Raw Material accountability of Actual Vs book stock, to prepare GAP analysis monthly for major GAP parts & make action plan to reduce next month GAP, Storage condition of material as per standard.
3. Responsible for minimum stock level of local material, make norms of inventory & follow.
4. Material issuance as per production plan only through SAP, Ensure material availability before production on line.
5. Trace the old inventory through raw material ageing analysis report & circulate the concern departments to control the over age inventory by meeting & liquidation plan of over age inventory
6. RM DIO & Overage Inventory Management.
7. Responsible for Stores related SAP & WMS day to day activity (GRN, RM Issuance, Rejection dispatches, Spare dispatches to other vendor, Other department material issuance, SAP Qty reconciliation, COGI Errors).
8. To ensure on time Department MIS of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.
9. To ensure on Shop Floor Safety, 6s, 3R management & awareness during material flow & process.
