Job summary

Dashah Ventures in Hyderabad is seeking a recruitment coordinator to source and onboard qualified tutors across portals and referrals. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and align tutor skills with client requirements.

You will coordinate schedules, negotiate payouts, ensure timely ticket closures (10+ per month), and maintain accurate CRM records, aiming to meet monthly KPIs and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified tutors through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.
• Screen, interview, evaluate, and onboard tutors based on client requirements and subject expertise.
• Assign suitable tutors to students by matching skills, availability, budget, and learning requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of 10+ tutor requirement tickets while maintaining defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with students, parents, tutors, Sales, and Support teams for smooth tutor allocation and demo scheduling.
• Negotiate tutor payouts, availability, and engagement terms while ensuring company profitability.
• Follow up with tutors and clients until successful class confirmation and requirement closure.
• Maintain accurate records of tutor profiles, hiring status, ticket updates, and onboarding details in the CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong tutor database to fulfill urgent and future client requirements efficiently.
• Achieve monthly KPIs related to tutor hiring, ticket closure, client satisfaction, tutor retention, fulfillment targets, and revenue contribution.
