Job summary

CMS Computers is seeking a technically skilled technician to perform fault isolation on dead or malfunctioning equipment, using oscilloscopes and multimeters. You will also solder/desolder end-user components with precision and refurbish mechanical assemblies in printers and scanners.

The role includes developing testing policies to ensure repair quality and reduce future defects, as well as handling logistics and inventory management of parts.

Qualifications

• Experience in isolating faults in dead or malfunctioning equipment at component level.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault isolation using circuit diagrams and diagnostic tools.
• Execute high-precision soldering and desoldering of end-user components.
• Refurbish and rebuild mechanical assemblies in printers and scanners.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Perform systematic analysis using circuit diagrams/dignostic tools/experience to isolate faults in dead or malfunctioning equipment in component level with experience in Using Oscilloscope , Multimenter , Test jigs, SMD solderring stations , BGA solderring stations etc.

2. 1.Execute high-precision soldering and desoldering of end user components, 2.Refurbish and rebuild mechanical assemblies in printers and scanners (such as picker rollers, scanning arrays, and laser blocks)

3. Deriving testing policies for all the repaired items to ensure the qulaity of repaire and to avoid new spare defective

4. Logistics and Inventory Management of components and parts include Defective and Good part
