Job summary

HL Klemove in Sriperumbudur seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead machine upkeep for SMT lines, drive predictive maintenance, and manage critical spares via SAP. The role targets reduced downtime, improved OEE, and close collaboration with service engineers during major breakdowns.

Responsibilities include PM planning (PM, TBM, CBM), new-line setup, machine installation, and adherence to KPIs. You will work with SMT equipment such as mounters, printers, SPI/AOI systems, and conveyors,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in machine maintenance and analysis report preparation.
• Planning and carrying out Predictive maintenance (PM, TBM, CBM).
• Experience in spares planning and ordering through SAP; exposure to spares localization and critical spares activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with service engineers for major breakdowns and machine issues.
• Involvement in new line setup and machine installation.
• Adhere to KPIs like OEE, Scrap, FPY; maintain MTTR/MTBF at target levels.
• Exposure to PLC and MMI programming (Panasonic, Mitsubishi) is a plus.
• Involvement in cost-saving projects and training teammates.

Role & responsibilities

• A. Strong knowledge in Machine breakdown maintenance and analysis report preparation.
• B. Planning and carrying out Predictive maintenance [PM, TBM, CBM]
• C. Responsible for Critical/ Consumable spares planning & Ordering through SAP.
  • Exposure in Spares localization.
  • Involvement in critical spares service activities.
• D. Strong maintenance/process knowledge of below SMT equipments;
  • Mounter [ASM / Fuji]
  • Screen printer [DEK / Yamaha]
  • Kohyoung make 3D SPI & AOI
  • PCBA Linking Conveyors & laser Marking
  • Reflow [Heller / SMT make Added Advantages]
  • 3D X-ray [BGA Inspection]
  • Feeders maintenance
• E. Interact with M/c service engineers for machine major breakdown cases.
• F. Involvement in New line setup and machine installation.
• G. Adhere and achieving major KPIs OEE, Scrap,FPY.
  • Maintain MTTR, MTBF under the Target level.
• H. Exposure about PLC and MMI programming
