Job summary
Veerwal Getwork Services in Navi Mumbai (Airoli) seeks a Travel Voice Process agent with international travel domain experience. You will work in a rotational shift, 5-day work week, handling cancellations, refunds, and international ticketing with Amadeus and Sabre in a command-based environment.
Outstation candidates may receive accommodation and travel benefits. Salary is up to 7.5 LPA with incentives, joining bonus, cab/travel allowance, and monthly bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of international travel domain experience
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Sabre (command based)
- Knowledge of cancellation, refunds, international ticketing, rescheduling and manual exchanges
Responsibilities
- Handle international travel voice processes efficiently
- Process cancellations, refunds and ticketing requests
- Assist with rescheduling and manual exchanges for international itineraries
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment
