Job summary

Europe Express, part of Travelopia, is seeking a Travel Support Agent in Bengaluru to provide in-destination support to travellers across Europe. You will resolve issues, coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local suppliers, and ensure customers receive timely, professional assistance wherever their journey is.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, reservations, travel, hospitality or service-based environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support travellers during their trip and manage customer enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers.
• Arrange third-party services when required.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Concierge, Sales Support and other internal teams.
• Follow established service standards and escalation procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational processes.

We're looking for a Travel Support Agent to provide outstanding in-destination support to travellers across Europe. You'll be a trusted point of contact, helping resolve travel issues, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional assistance wherever their journey takes them.

What You’ll Do:

• Support travellers during their trip and manage customer enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers.
• Arrange third-party services when required.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Concierge, Sales Support, and other internal teams.
• Follow established service standards and escalation procedures.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in customer support, reservations, travel, hospitality, or a service-based environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reservation systems, supplier portals, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Rotational shift, Monday-Sunday, between 5:30 AM IST and 8:30 PM IST.Weekend and public holiday working is included on a rotational basis
