Travelopia, via Europe Express, is seeking a Travel Support Agent (Night Shift) to assist travellers across Europe during overnight hours. You will handle disruptions, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, and ensure prompt, empathetic support for each traveler.

The role offers a competitive INR salary, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible hybrid/remote schedule with night shifts from 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST and a 5-day work week.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for travellers requiring in-destination assistance.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and service disruptions.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and other travel suppliers.
• Arrange third-party services and alternative solutions when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely case documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Follow established service standards and escalation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

We're seeking a Travel Support Agent (Night Shift) to support customers travelling across Europe during critical overnight hours. You'll help resolve travel disruptions, coordinate solutions with suppliers, and ensure every traveller receives prompt, empathetic, and professional assistance.

What You’ll Do:

• Comfortable learning and using multiple business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM tools, or supplier platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are welcomed.
• Night shift from 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST, with a standard 5-day work week. Weekend and public holiday coverage forms part of the rotational. During night shifts, you'll work remotely from home.
