Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel desires, preferences, and budgets, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and organize customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, activities, and transportation, ensuring a seamless and enriching travel experience.
• Destination Expertise: Share in-depth knowledge about various destinations, including cultural insights, local attractions, and practical travel tips, to help clients make informed decisions.
• Booking and Reservations: Manage and coordinate all travel bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to provide hassle‑free travel arrangements.
• Customer Support: Offer exceptional support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Travel Documentation: Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications, passport requirements, and travel insurance.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry developments to provide cutting-edge advice and services.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote Travelating’s travel packages, special deals, and exclusive offers to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
