Job summary

Idhika Holidays is hiring a Travel Sales Executive to handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, selling international and domestic tour packages, and closing bookings from our Noida office. The role involves explaining packages, pricing, and itineraries, and coordinating with operations after bookings.

Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome. Six days a week, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, office-based in Noida Sector 2, with incentives and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and a sales-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls & WhatsApp enquiries for tour packages
• Sell International tour packages & Domestic tour packages
• Explain packages, pricing & itinerary to customers
• Follow up with leads and close bookings
• Coordinate with operations team after booking
• Maintain basic customer details and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Sales mindset & willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & calling
• Travel sales experience will be an advantage
