Job summary

Hotelnholidays is seeking a customer‑focused Travel Consultant with hands‑on experience in domestic and international holiday packages and flight ticketing. You will understand customer travel requirements, design customized itineraries, handle bookings and provide destination guidance to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Immediate joiners preferred and Bangalore relocation supported. You will use your knowledge of destinations and airlines to prepare quotations, manage end‑to‑end

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant travel industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with holiday packages and flight ticketing.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Experience preparing itineraries and quotations.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an advantage.
• Strong customer handling and sales skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant with hands‑on experience in domestic and international holiday packages and flight ticketing. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, preparing customized itineraries, handling bookings, providing destination guidance, and converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates and preferences.
• Design and suggest customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Handle flight ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and related queries.
• Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or other GDS systems is preferred.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel partners.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, hotels, flights and package inclusions.
• Manage end‑to‑end booking processes and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries before, during and after travel.
• Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and confirmed bookings.
