Job summary

Meetandtour in Ranchi is seeking a sales-oriented travel consultant to handle enquiries, understand client needs, and convert leads into bookings. You will prepare customised domestic and international itineraries and quotations, and actively follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close sales.

You will work towards monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability, coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism will have an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 13 years of experience in travel sales or hospitality will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations; willingness to learn about travel planning.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with calling and regular lead follow-ups.
