Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will interact with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable destinations and itineraries, and provide guidance on budgets, schedules, and travel options. Daily tasks include planning and managing travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, coordinating transportation and accommodation, and handling reservations and ticketing. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive customer service before, during, and after trips. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records of bookings, work with travel partners and vendors, and stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and offers to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings for transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to interact with clients, manage inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with knowledge of domestic and international destinations and travel regulations.
• Proficiency in travel booking tools or reservation systems, along with basic computer and office software skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
