Job summary

Tripaway Journey Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant – International to handle international holiday enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

You will leverage your destination knowledge and sales mindset to tailor itineraries, quotes, and packages across Bali, Dubai, Europe and other markets. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in international travel sales, strong communication and closing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of international travel sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
• Familiarity with visa requirements for common destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle international holiday enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
• Recommend suitable international destinations, hotels, activities and packages.
• Create customized international itineraries and detailed quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Handle customer negotiations and close sales while maintaining margins.
• Provide information regarding flights, hotels, transfers, activities and visa requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in international travel sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
• Knowledge of destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Europe or similar markets is an advantage.
• Good understanding of international travel requirements and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
