Role Description

The Travel Consultant role at Go Go Trips is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel options based on their budget, interests, and requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing travel inquiries, preparing quotations, making and modifying reservations for flights, hotels, and holiday packages, and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client expectations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, handling documentation and confirmations, and resolving issues before and during trips. The Travel Consultant will also provide proactive customer support, maintain accurate records in travel management systems, and contribute to service improvements and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to efficiently handle bookings for flights, hotels, and packages.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide support throughout the travel experience.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and basic visa requirements is beneficial.
• Proficiency with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and standard office software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously are important.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
