Job summary

VIBGYOR Group of Schools is seeking a Transport Support professional in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include ensuring high efficiency of school bus operations, maintaining MIS for bus operations and expenses, and optimizing routes to minimize fleet size.

The role also covers compliance of vehicles, drivers, and attendants, data entry, and handling parent queries during events and field trips. The candidate should have 1-6 years of experience with graduate qualification and be proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency of 98% of School Bus Operations as a Monthly Average.
• Maintain End to End MIS of Bus Operations, Fuel Expenses, Maintenance Expenses, etc.
• Ensure effective route mapping for optimisation of number of Buses required for Operations.
• Ensure 100% compliance of the Vehicles, Drivers and Attendants.
• Handle CRM Queries within stipulated turnaround time.
• Provide support during Field Trips, Events, and handle parent queries.
• Manage repair and maintenance of School Buses and Cars.
• Prepare MIS / Dashboard and share with TTPL.
• Annual Compliances – Registrations, Taxation, Permits, Insurances, Fitness, PUC, RTO norms.

Job description

We have Vacancy for Transport Support - Vibgyor Panathur branch.

Qualification- Graduate

Experience - 1 -6 years

Primary responsibility

• Ensure efficiency of 98% of School Bus Operations as a Monthly Average.
• Maintain End to End MIS of Bus Operations, Fuel Expenses, Maintenance Expenses, etc.
• Ensure effective route mapping for optimisation of number of Buses required for Operations.
• Ensure 100% compliance of the Vehicles, Drivers and Attendants.
• Cleanliness of Buses (Interior & exterior). Seat's, Windows, Doors, vehicle working conditions, battery, tyres, flooring, top, electrical fitments, emergency doors operations, lock's functioning, Quality check, Bus Crew attendance & performance.
• Fuelling, attendance, maintenance, daily fleet status, buses in & out records to be maintained on daily basis & share with TTPL.
• Data entry in set excel formats & in software portal should be update on daily basis. Centre details i.e.
• Closure of CRM Queries within stipulated turnaround time.
• Provide support to internal customers during Field Trips, Events.
• Handle Parent Queries / Grievances and ensure closure of the same.
• Manage the repair and maintenance of School Buses, Cars etc.
• Effective route planning for better cost optimisation.
• Regular CC TV - Monitoring, Operations are in place and maintain back up of recordings for at least one month.
• Prepare and submit the MIS / Dashboard before 5th of Every month
• Data entry in excel formats & software.
• Generating MIS on Daily, weekly & monthly and sending it to School & TTPL.
• Annual Compliances :- Registrations, Taxation, Permits, Insurances (renewals & Claims), Fitness, PUC, RTO norms for school buses.
• All bills of maintenance, manpower supply, fuel and centre staff attendance should be supported with documentary evidence and history. Maintenance work should be personally monitor in 1 year.
