Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transport Operations professional in Bengaluru, India. The role oversees daily transport activities at client locations, develops processes, and ensures adherence to SLAs with vendors, including transfers, shuttle services, and employee pickups.

Qualifications include any graduation and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning vendor management, team leadership, and process improvement to maintain smooth transport services.

• To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
• Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
• Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
• Manage the transport team
• Vendor management from operational perspective
• Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
• Adherence to SLAs by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
• Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
