Job summary

IGT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking an Executive Transport to manage fleet tracking, route planning, and vendor coordination on site. You will ensure timely vehicle deployments, assist employees through Helpdesk, and maintain daily incident and route reports.

The role requires coordinating with the vendor, ensuring backup plans for shortages, and supervising escort guard and roaster dispatch to meet schedules with strict adherence to safety and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time tracking and reporting of the fleet to employees and fleet availability on ground from the vendor in the facility, as per deployment.
• Coordinate with Vendor Supervisor/Site In-Charge and ensure backup plans in case of fleet shortages.
• Timely attending Helpdesk calls and addressing employees concerns.
• Ensure timely route generation on Transport Technology Solution Tool and deployment of vehicles as per the defined allocations of the Vendors.
• Highlighting the Transport TL in case of unavailability of required fleet in advance.
• Deployment of route charts at dropping area, as per timelines.
• Timely distributing of rosters to all the Vendor Supervisors.
• Ensuring scheduling efficiency and utilization are maintained while routes planning.
• Ensuring Escort guard requirements in each of the Pickups/Drops.
• Ensuring drop cabs are parked on respective dropping zone at least 10 minutes to the scheduled departure time.
• Checking the drivers/supervisors compliance condition, drivers should not be drowsy and under influence of alcohol/working beyond hours in the dropping zone.
• Drivers regular briefing and training along with Transport TL on ground.
• Maintaining daily reports on Helpdesk/Route allocation/Incidents.
