JLL in Bengaluru is hiring for a data-driven role focused on transport management and performance reporting. You will maintain fleets databases, generate routine MIS, and develop dashboards for leadership reviews.

The role covers safety monitoring, OTA/OTD metrics, real-time GPS tracking, and coordination with drivers and transport teams to drive route efficiency and cost savings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update transport-related databases, including vehicle tracking, fuel consumption, maintenance records, and trip details.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fleet utilization, route efficiency, fuel expenses, and operational costs.
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management review and decision-making.
• Track and report on on-time arrival (OTA) and on-time departure (OTD) metrics with detailed variance analysis.
• Monitor real-time vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and coordinate with drivers and transport coordinators.
• Monitor safety compliance metrics including driver behavior, speed violations, harsh braking, and rapid acceleration events.
• Track vehicle availability, driver schedules, and route allocations; maintain trip sheets and client feedback.
• Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update transport-related databases including vehicle tracking, fuel consumption, maintenance records, and trip details. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fleet utilization, route efficiency, fuel expenses, and operational costs. Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management review and decision-making. Track and report on on-time arrival (OTA) and on-time departure (OTD) metrics with detailed variance analysis.

Safety Management & Monitoring

Monitor and report on safety compliance metrics including driver behavior, speed violations, harsh braking, and rapid acceleration events. Track and analyze accident data, near-miss incidents, and safety violation trends. Generate safety scorecards for drivers and vehicles with actionable recommendations. Maintain records of driver training, safety certifications, and compliance documentation. Create alerts and notifications for safety threshold breaches and escalatge critical safety issues to management.

Punctuality & Service Level Management

Monitor real-time adherence to scheduled pickup and drop-off times across all routes. Generate detailed reports on OTA and OTD performance with delay root cause analysis. Track Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and prepare performance reports for clients and management. Identify chronic delay patterns and work with operations team to implement corrective measures. Measure and report on employee/passenger satisfaction regarding punctuality and service quality.

Operations Support

Monitor real-time vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and coordinate with drivers and transport coordinators. Track vehicle availability, driver schedules, and route allocations. Maintain records of trip sheets, delivery notes, and client feedback. Coordinate with operations team to address route delays and service disruptions.

Analysis & Optimization

Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and operational bottlenecks. Generate insights on route optimization, fuel efficiency, vehicle performance, and punctuality improvement areas. Support budgeting and forecasting activities with accurate data and trend analysis. Conduct comparative analysis of safety metrics and on-time performance across routes, vehicles, and time periods.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain required documentation. Track vehicle insurance, permits, fitness certificates, pollution certificates, and driver licenses. Maintain accident and incident reports with proper documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and government transportation regulations.

Technology Platform Management

Manage and operate employee transportation management platforms including MoveInSync, Routematic, and other transport technology solutions. Configure routes, schedules, rosters, and user permissions in the transport management system. Monitor system performance, generate automated reports, and troubleshoot technical issues. Coordinate with technology vendors for system updates, feature enhancements, and issue resolution. Extract data from multiple platforms and consolidate for comprehensive reporting. Utilize mobile apps and web portals for real-time monitoring and communication. Implement and manage geo-fencing, route adherence alerts, and automated notifications.
