Job summary

eClerx LLC is seeking a seasoned Transport Manager with 8+ years in corporate transport management, including leadership experience. You will route and optimize trips, ensure on-time closures of escalations, and collaborate with teams to improve CSAT while managing vendor documentation and compliance.

You will also drive budget forecasting, audits, and cost-saving initiatives, leveraging TMS and logistics software to optimize efficiency and safety in transport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate transport management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Tools, Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), logistics software, and other administrative tools
• Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, transportation regulations, and road safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in route planning and logistics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for routing/ optimizing of trips, OTA and OTD

• Interacting with employees and team leads for any kind of communication / feedback regarding Transport.

• Actively participating in Transport Software Fleet star and Mobile app feature enhancement

• Meeting timelines with quality deliverable
• Enhanced Customer satisfaction through ESAT scores
