Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/operational support to the Transport Team at Client’s Facility.
• Ensure timely arrivals & departures of vehicles and staff.
• Oversee transport operations during the shift and liaise with the Shift In-Charge.
• Display drop-off lists on notice boards and check attendance of vehicles and drivers.
• Prepare vehicle arrival reports and collect pickup slips from transport vendors.
• Allocate pickup/drop lists to vendor supervisors and carry out routine vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate with vendor trackers and maintain daily pickup/drop lists for employees.
• Report daily/weekly on transport matters and update the tracking tool status.
• Authorize departures if a pickup is missed per policy and communicate shift handovers.
