Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Transition Leader for F&A / HRO in Hyderabad. The role oversees end-to-end transition programs across processes and geographies, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality handovers to operations.

The ideal candidate brings 15–17+ years in BPO/outsourcing, with 7–8+ years of transition management experience and a track record with international clients. A work-from-office model in Hyderabad is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition programs from planning through execution, migration, stabilization and handover to operations.
• Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource plans and risk strategies.
• Ensure transitions are completed within timelines, with quality and business objectives met.
• Manage multiple transitions concurrently with effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Act as Transition expert during client solutioning, due diligence and process re-engineering.
• Partner with stakeholders to define transition strategy, scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Lead transition governance with client and internal leadership teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change requests.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, process readiness and operational preparedness before go-live.
• Monitor transition performance against KPIs, SLAs and project plans; take corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and re-engineering opportunities as part of transformation initiatives.
