Job summary

MBW RCM is seeking a Team Lead - Transition to plan, manage, and lead multi-project transitions in healthcare RCM. You will negotiate SLAs/KPIs and own service delivery until transition completion.

You will act as the client SPOC, coordinate with service delivery teams, and guide transition planning, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare RCM with transition management exposure.
• Familiarity with project planning, execution, and service delivery within transitions.
• Ability to act as single point of contact for clients during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the Offshoring/transition framework for project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Act as a SPOC for clients during the transition phase of the projects.
• Lead service delivery teams to exceed client expectations during transitions.
• Handle transition/ramp-up of new and existing accounts and manage project scope and schedule.
• Formulate and design transition projects and present solutions internally/externally.
• Develop transition plans and SOPs/Work Instructions for client projects.

MBW RCM is hiring a Team Lead - Transition, who will plan, project-manage, and lead implementations of multiple medium-to-large scale process transitions. She/ He will negotiate SLAs and KPIs and own service delivery till the completion of the transition process.

Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the Offshoring/transition framework for project planning, execution, and delivery
• Act as a SPOC for clients during the transition phase of the projects
• Work with service delivery teams and lead them to exceed client expectations at all times
• Handle transition/ramp-up of new and existing accounts and manage the project scope and schedule
• Formulate, design, construct transition projects, and present transition solutions internally/externally
• Should understand the requirements of a detailed transition implementation plan for new client proposals
• Should be able to perform due diligence during the Transition period to align with the contractual obligations and set expectations on the Transition with the client and internal stakeholders
• To identify and address potential risks that can adversely impact project timelines and put mitigation plans in place
• Develop the overall transition project plan and guides the Knowledge Transfer leads in creating the SOPs or Work Instructions for every client/project transitioned
• Follow the transition toolkit & strive for continuous improvement in the toolkit documentation
• Develop good working relationships with Clients, Cross-functional, and Operations teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be well versed in various aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle and have an overall experience of 6+ years in the US Healthcare RCM with about 2+ years of Transition Management experience.
• Should be familiar with Project / Transition Management Functions.
