The AVP will partner with client executives and senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, modernize service delivery models, and lead governance forums that accelerate business transformation.

This position requires a strong blend of UK P&C Insurance expertise, Lean Six Sigma leadership, transformation consulting, digital automation knowledge, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will oversee multiple transformation portfolios, lead high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement culture, and support business growth through solutioning, consulting, and strategic client engagement.
