Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to lead technology-focused due diligence for middle-market transactions. You will partner with PE firms, strategic buyers, and banks on buy- and sell-side engagements, analyze complex scenarios, and manage all phases of engagement delivery.

The role requires CA/ACA with MBA Finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proven leadership of project teams. Travel as needed across India may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage technology-focused due diligence for middle-market transactions across multiple industries.
• Partner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Analyze complex business and transaction scenarios to identify risks, opportunities and operational considerations.
